OUR POLICIES

IMPORTANT: Note that booking an appointment means you have agreed with these policies and agree to proceed with our services. 

 

BOOKING POLICY:

Any appointment you make MUST be made online through Booksy, WITH the saving of your credit card information to confirm your appointment. If you call us to make an appointment we will redirect you to our Booksy page. Your card will NOT be charged anything UNLESS you cancel/reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, which will be a cancelation FEE that is 50% of the services you booked. Bookings CANNOT be made without saving card information on Booksy.

APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION:

You will receive an email or text message from Booksy confirming your appointment when it has been made. If you do not receive either, please contact us to confirm your appointment.

ARRIVAL POLICY:
Please arrive AT LEAST 15 minutes early to your appointment!  Especially if you are a new client! This way you may have time to find parking and fill out our consultation form.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and your card will be charged for 50% of the service/s. No-Show clients will be banned from booking.

Clients will be required to sign a Client Intake form upon arrival of appointment. Please note that if you have any contraindications for the service you booked, we legally CANNOT perform the service for you.

LEGAL DISCLAIMER:

Client Responsibility: All clients are expected to fully disclose their medical history, including any known allergies, skin conditions, medications, or other relevant information prior to receiving treatments. Failure to provide accurate and complete information may result in skin reactions or other complications, for which Blissful Beauty Bar cannot be held responsible.

Pre and Post-Treatment Care: Specific pre-treatment and post-treatment care instructions will be provided for all services. It is the client's responsibility to follow these guidelines to ensure the best results and minimize any risk of adverse reactions. Failure to adhere to these instructions may result in unwanted effects, including but not limited to skin irritation, breakouts, hyperpigmentation, or delayed healing. Blissful Beauty Bar is not liable for any issues arising from improper care.

Product Recommendations: We may recommend certain products for use before or after your treatments to maintain optimal skin health and extend the benefits of our services. The use of these products is at the discretion of the client. Blissful Beauty Bar cannot be held responsible for any reactions or results due to the use of recommended products or any other products used by the client outside of our recommendations.

Reactions and Sensitivities: Each client’s skin and body may react differently to treatments and products. While we take every precaution to minimize the risk of adverse reactions, Blissful Beauty Bar is not responsible for any unforeseen reactions, sensitivities, or complications that may occur during or after a treatment.

Makeup Application Services: Our makeup services are provided based on the client’s preferences and requests. Clients are encouraged to communicate any sensitivities or preferences related to products used. Blissful Beauty Bar is not liable for any adverse reactions resulting from makeup applications if the client does not disclose known allergies or sensitivities in advance.
